Placing An Order

Once you’ve added items to your cart, you’ll be able to view your cart before placing your order. You can review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items, and return to a product detail page. Once you’ve reviewed your cart, you'll have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.

Payment Options

Our prices are listed in standard United States dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay credit card payments.  We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

Sales Tax

All purchases are subject to a California sales tax of 8.95%.

 

Shipping Information 

When you place an order with Vera, please use the billing address and contact information that appears on your credit card statement, as a mismatch won’t allow us to finalize your order. 

We process and ship orders from San Francisco within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation upon purchase and a shipping notification with your tracking number when your package ships. 

All orders over $250 ship for free. With our free shipping option, orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once processed and shipped. During COVID-19, we’re open for no-contact pickup Tuesday-Thursday 11 am-2:30 pm. And we also offer USPS Priority and Priority Express. Shipping rates will vary based on your location. 


**Please note that orders over $250 USD require a signature for delivery.**

 

Tracking Your Order

An order number will be provided to you once the order has been placed. A tracking code will be sent once your order has been shipped. If you are unable to track your order, please contact info@verasf.com for further assistance.

Change Or Cancel Your Order

You can change or cancel your order before we ship it by emailing us at info@verasf.com

International Orders

Currently VERA is only shipping domestically in the US.
